Child Policy:

• Children below 5 years complimentary with parents
• Children between 6-12 years will be charged 25% of total package cost.

Guest Policy:

Extra adult in the same Cottage will be 35% of the package cost

Terms & Conditions

1. Reservation can be done online or at reception (Depends on availability)
2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to check into this hotel(s).
3. As per Government regulations, It is mandatory for all guests above 18 years of age to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in. In case, check-in is denied by the hotel(s) due to lack of required documents, you cannot claim for the refund & the booking will be considered as NO SHOW.
4. Check-In time is 12 PM and Check-Out Time is 11 AM.
5. Extra bed can be accommodated with a Sofa cum Bed or a mattress, subject to room size & availability.
6. Local ID proof & Pan card will not be acceptable as ID proof.
7. In case of an increase in the hotel(s) tariff (due to an event or festive occasion) the customer is liable to pay the difference, if the period of stay falls within this duration.
8. All hotel(s) charge a compulsory Gala Dinner Supplement on Christmas and New Year's eve. Other special supplements may also be applicable during festival periods such as Independence Day, Dusshera, Diwali etc. Any such charge would have to be cleared directly at the hotel(s).
9. Pets are not allowed
10. Please Note: - Above rates aren't valid during long weekends, Christmas & New Year time. (For New Year & X-Mass Rate )
11. All Government Taxes are charged additionally and will be levied as per the charges prevalent during the time of the stay. In case of advance remittances, the additional tax amount, if any, will be collected directly at the time of check-out.
